I take your individual fitness goals seriously. My goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. Let's get started and create your individualized fitness plan.
My goal is to help as many people as I can. Some people see exercise as a tool for losing weight. While that is often true, it can do so much more. Exercise is very important for overall physical and mental health. It can help with depression and anxiety. It can be used as a social tool. It can help you just feel better all together. I am anti diet. I do not believe in these fad diets. I think they are all very temporary. Nutrition is extremely important when it comes to weight loss and overall health, but it is about balance and developing a lifestyle, not bouncing around from diet to diet feeling restricted.
I feel everyone is different and that is why all of my plans will be customized just for you and your goals. Some plans can be day to day, week by week or monthly. I do not feel getting healthy should break the bank so all of my plans are very affordable and fair.
The basics of my plans will include:
-A customized exercise plan
-Video demonstrations
-Access to me via text or phone call
-Live FaceTime workout options
-Nutrition education
-Weekly or daily check ins depending on your plan
-Full time accountability
-Flexibility (I am willing to adjust your plan at any time)
